Frequently asked questions

Common questions.

Answers cover how we work and what we can support. Anything project-specific is answered directly.

What states does Sand Stone Constructors work in?
Nevada, Arizona, Utah and California are the primary service areas. Mobilization outside those states is considered project by project.
Do you self-perform the work or subcontract it?
Core environmental construction, stormwater compliance and stabilization scope is self-performed by our own crews. Specialty scope outside our licensing is subcontracted and managed by us.
Can you support SWPPP compliance for the full permit term?
Yes. We install and maintain BMPs, run the qualified inspection cycle, prepare SWPPP amendments as the site changes and carry the site through final stabilization.
What is Terralok Solutions?
Terralok Solutions is our soil stabilization division. We represent engineered stabilization products and apply them with trained in-house crews.
Are you set up to work with government agencies?
We maintain a government contracting profile covering registrations, licensing, bonding, insurance and safety documentation. See the Government Contracting page for the current profile.
How do I request a capability statement or prequalification package?
Submit a request through the contact page with your solicitation or project details, and we will return the applicable documentation.
